First floor: a fully equiped independent kitchen. A spacious living room of 40 m2 with 4 comfortable sofas, two of which are sofa beds of 0’90. One bedroom with comfortable double bed of 1’50. Bathroom with shower and a south facing 35 m2 porch.
Heating: modern pellet fireplace.
Second floor: A large bedroom with a comfortable double bed of 1’50. Two bedrooms with three for three people with a double bed and a single bed. Each bedroom has en-suit bathrooms and direct access to the sun terrace. There are beautiful views from all the bedrooms.
This is a very large comfortable house for eight people, but can house up to 12 people, comfortably.
There is a 28″ TV with both terrestrial and satelite television. A swimming pool 10×4, large BBQ between the house and the swimming pool. There are also sunbeds and outside table and chairs.
There is outside lighting for the swimming pool and BBQ area.
Observation: the beds and sofas have recently been improved.
